The project is located in Beylikdüzü, just above the E5 highway, the metrobus, the main artery of Istanbul's most important and fastest transportation movement.

The project, which was built on a land area of 18,472 square meters, consists of 3 blocks, 33 floors high, 37 floors second and 30 floors commercial building.
